Nancy E. Davis

Nancy E. Davis is a contemporary American landscape painter and resident of Cape Ann. She studied landscape painting under David P. Curtis, a renowned Boston School painter, whose instruction combined academic traditions with the impressionist methods of working directly from nature and observing the evanescent effects of light. Her studies continued through a mentorship with John C. Terelak, a master American Impressionist.

Davis is a juried member of the Rockport Art Association and Museum (“RAAM”) and Oil Painters of America. Her work has been exhibited at the RAAM and the Salmagundi Club in New York.
