Watercolor is my medium of choice. I enjoy its freedom spontaneity and freshness of color. An avid gardener, I enjoy painting anything that grows. Light and shadow are key elements in all of my work.

I have been involved in the world of art for as long as I can remember. As a learning disability specialist, art always was an integral part of my curriculum. Never hanging been trained formally, I have been fortunate to study with many talented artists who were generous in sharing their knowledge expertise and encouragement.

Presently living in Rockport, I am a member of the Cape Ann Painters, an award winning membership of both the Rockport Art Association and Museum and the North Shore Art Association where I also have served on the Board of Trustees.

My paintings are available locally and have sold throughout the United States.
