Mark Daly

Juried Artist Member since 2022

Mark’s purpose for painting is to share the joy and beauty he sees in city, boat, beach, and other memorable scenes that move him to create. A keen focus on design, values, and expressive paint application helps him create an in-the-moment sense of light, mood, and movement in his work. He uses all five senses when painting. For example, with a musical background, he considers how a painting should look and sound. This enables him to add more life to his compositions and connection with viewers.

Mark’s artwork is in distinguished private, corporate, and university collections, worldwide. He is represented by renowned galleries. He has exhibited in nine solo and many group shows and won first place/prominent awards in national juried art exhibitions. Mark has a professional studio in Camden Maine. He travels worldwide to paint on location.

Mark is an elected Board Member and Signature Member of the American Impressionist Society (AIS), Signature Member of Oil Painters of America (OPA), Signature Member of the American Society of Marine Artists (ASMA), Juried Artist Member of RAA&M, Signature Member of the Cincinnati Art Club, past Artist Member of the Salmagundi Club, and Founding Artist Member of the Greenacres Artist Guild.
